Leadership Through 'For Her' Training Initiative

introduced the fourth edition of the For Her programme. This initiative, in partnership with Hamdan bin Mohammed Smart

University (HBMSU), is themed ‘Women Create Tomorrow: A Vision that Transcends the Present’. It aims to enhance

leadership and innovation skills among DEWA's female staff.

Over nine months, 25 participants will engage in interactive workshops and training sessions. These sessions, led by
HBMSU experts, will cover topics like transformational leadership, effective communication, change management,

emotional intelligence, and institutional innovation.
