Sol Proper es, a leading UAE developer, has announced the groundbreaking of its luxury development, Fairmont
Residences Solara Tower Dubai, a 55-storey residence in Downtown Dubai. Built in collabora on with Fairmont Hotels &
Resorts, a global luxury hotel brand within the Accor group, the tower is slated for comple on by the fourth quarter of
2027. It will implement green building principles and advanced energy-efficient technologies that align with UAE’s Green
Agenda 2030.

Residents can access integrated services and ameni es, including a private swimming pool, fitness centre, and spa.

Fairmont Residences Solara Tower Dubai uses sustainably sourced and highly efficient materials such as post-tension slabs
to reduce material cost while enhancing structural integrity. Prefabricated steel structural components facilitate speedy on-
site assembly, reduce construc on me, enhance precision, and promote environmental preserva on by limi ng power
use and waste produc on.

Addi onally, the project will feature self-shading balconies to reduce the need for air condi oning and electric-powered
lights, thus reducing u lity bills and carbon footprint. Advanced technologies, such as Building Informa on Modeling (BIM),

are being u lised to enhance the project’s overall efficiency.
