Seran Gheorghe, vice president of EPG and director of sales for Raffles The Palm Dubai Residences, described the

super-penthouse as "an embodiment of architectural grandeur and exclusivity".

The property is currently available for purchase, with a 15-month handover term from the booking date for the

penthouse. If the Super Penthouse R1 is sold for Dh600 million, it would establish a new record as the most
expensive.
