A three-story super penthouse with more than 77,000 square feet at Raffles the
Palm Dubai Residences has listed for AED 600 million (US$164 million).
Located on Palm Jumeirah, the penthouse is the largest private residence “in
Dubai’s real estate history,” according to a news release Wednesday from
