million. This property represents Dubai’s largest private residence, boasting a
built-up area exceeding 77,000 sq ft, and is priced for a select few. Spanning
the top three levels of these luxury serviced apartments are eight bedrooms, a
basketball court, and a teppanyaki kitchen, combined with a grand dining area
capable of accommodating 20 people.
