children. In line with this commitment, the UAE has established a comprehensive legislative
framework that safeguards children’s rights and provides a safe, supportive environment for

their healthy development, empowering them to actively shape the future. The UAE stands as a
global model for supporting children at all levels, ensuring their stability and happiness, while
nurturing a generation of future leaders who will advance the nation’s progress and prosperity.

On this important occasion, we at the Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai
(SLC) reaffirm our dedication to fostering a culture of respect for children’s rights within
