Dubai Municipality introduces DM Food Elite

to encourage hygiene in restaurants

Establishments are split into three categories and they can enter the initiative now

Dubai Municipailty has launched a new initiative aimed at increasing hygiene in the
emirate’s restaurants.

DM Food Elite will recognise those establishments that go over and above to raise
standards.

Submissions have now opened for the first edition of the program, which will recognise
establishments in three distinct categories:

Independent dine-in restaurants

Restaurants in hotels

Fast-food outlets and cafeterias
