UAE’s Al Ansari announces $42.9 million interim cash dividend for 2024

Al Ansari Financial Services PJSC has announced that its Board of Directors has approved an
interim cash dividend for the first half of 2024, totaling AED157.5 million ($42.9 million), which
translates to 2.10 fils per share.
The deadline for dividend entitlement is set for September 26, 2024, with the ex-dividend date
occurring on September 27, 2024. The registry will be closed on September 30 2024, and the
distribution of dividends will occur on October 16, 2024.

This approved dividend aligns with the Company’s dividend policy. It also follows the authorization
given by shareholders during the General Assembly Meeting on 19th March 2024. Additionally, this
decision underscores the Company’s dedication to enhancing value for its shareholders.

Moreover, Mohammad Ali Al Ansari, chairman of Al Ansari Financial Services PJSC, expressed
pleasure in announcing the interim dividend payment to shareholders. He indicated that this
dividend reflects the company’s strong financial performance and its commitment to providing
value to shareholders. He also conveyed confidence in the company’s ability to sustain growth and
profitability moving forward.
In April 2023, Al Ansari Financial Services raised AED773 million ($210.45 million) in an initial
public offering (IPO) for 10 percent of the business.
