The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation (MBRF) signed a
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Akdemistanbul Language Center to
strengthen and promote the use of the Arabic language.
The MoU was signed virtually by His Excellency Jamal bin Huwaireb, CEO of the MBRF, and
Dr. Muhammed Ağirakça, Director General of the Akdemistanbul Language Center. The MoU
