Exchange (ADX), has secured two prestigious awards at the MEIRA Annual Conference 2025 held in Oman. The company was recognized
with the Best Digital 2024 Annual Report – Mid-Cap Companies Award and the Best Annual Report, Post IPO, underscoring its
leadership in transparency, innovation, and financial reporting.

Alef Education’s debut publication, the 2024 Digital Integrated Annual Report, themed “Learning without Limits with AI-driven education”,
impressed the jury with its interactive, digital-first approach. The report blended advanced technology with compelling storytelling, highlighting
the company’s achievements since its ADX listing and reflecting its long-term growth vision.

The report featured key financial and sustainability indicators, strategic insights, and messages from the Chairman and CEO. It showcased
Alef Education’s belief in education as a catalyst for social change while offering investors and stakeholders a comprehensive, transparent
overview of the company’s performance.

Amit Choudhary, Chief Financial Officer of Alef Education, received the awards on behalf of the company. He said:
