Innovation is a shared hallmark of these leaders. From developing proprietary technologies to launching
new digital business models and pioneering solutions tailored to local and regional challenges, these
women are setting new standards, and led major research initiatives, and introduced first-of-its-kind
technologies to the Middle East.

Equally significant is their role in government partnerships, where collaboration between the public and
private sectors is essential for sustainable growth. Several of these women advise on national digital
strategies, contribute to smart city initiatives, or work with regulatory bodies to foster innovation-
friendly ecosystems.

As the Middle East continues to embrace its digital future, these 30 women represent not only the
present progress but also the promise of what is yet to come. Their work is building a more inclusive,
tech-driven economy; one where talent, vision, and innovation transcend gender and help lead the region
into its next chapter of growth.
