        Alef Education Holding Plc (ADX: ALEFEDT), an Abu Dhabi-based provider of AI-powered learning
        solutions, has announced its financial results for the nine-month period concluding on September 30,
        2025.

        Alef Education reported a strong financial performance during the initial nine months of 2025, achieving
        revenues of AED572.8 million ($156 million), reflecting a 4 percent increase year-over-year, fueled by
        the ongoing strength of its core UAE portfolio and rising contributions from non-school B2B/B2G
        ventures, private schools, and international initiatives. Careful cost management led to a consistently
        stable EBITDA margin of 73 percent, an increase of 90 basis points compared to the same period in
        2024, showcasing the Company’s capacity to attain sustainable growth while continuing to invest in
        innovation and global expansion, according to a statement.


        Geoffrey Alphonso, the chief executive officer of Alef Education, remarked: “Alef Education’s results
        for the first nine months of 2025 highlight the continued strength of our UAE core foundation and the
        growing momentum of our non-school B2B/B2G, private schools, and international initiatives. Alef
        Education maintained sector-leading profitability, while advancing key strategic priorities such as the
        launch of Miqyas Al Dhad, the expansion of its Pathways and Arabic assessment offerings, and the
