DUBAI (ALETIHAD)
Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of
Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, the DIFC
Innovation Hub, home to the first and largest financial technology accelerator in the Middle East, Africa and South
Asia (MEASA) region, and the Dubai Land Department (DLD), have joined forces to launch the Dubai PropTech Hub
in the DIFC Innovation Hub.
The region’s first PropTech innovation hub will bring together the entire real estate value chain, offering a new model
for collaboration, experimentation, and scalable innovation in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets.
Aimed at transforming the future of real estate through technology, the hub will support more than 200 PropTech start-
ups and scale-ups, generate more than 3,000 jobs, attract over $300 million in investment by 2030, and foster
