Ru’ya Careers 2025: A strategic platform driving emiratisation and youth empowerment

Starting on September 23 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Ru’ya Careers UAE 2025 is set
to boost the UAE’s workforce development agenda. The event supports the national target of
achieving 8% Emiratisation in the private sector by the end of 2025, building on the current
125,000 Emiratis employed in private roles as of June this year.

Last year’s edition hosted 150 exhibitors and facilitated 7,000 on-site interviews,

highlighting its role in connecting talent and opportunity. This year, Ru’ya Careers UAE 2025
grows to 180 participating organisations, expanding the scope for job seekers.
