               AI-Powered Recruitment Tools
               DWTC’s stand will also debut advanced AI-driven recruitment technologies. These include a smart
               CV builder, intelligent CV-matching systems, and AI-led interview tools designed to streamline the
               entire recruitment journey. The platform guides candidates through each stage – from CV creation
               and role matching to AI-conducted interviews – ensuring an efficient and structured application
               process.
               UAE Nationals will gain direct access to DWTC recruiters at the event, for selected roles and
               programmes. Visitors will also be able to connect with Emirati professionals currently working at
               DWTC, who will share their personal experiences and career journeys.
