specialised training and employment initiatives at Ru’ya 2025, the UAE’s largest career fair for Emiratis. This effort aims to

bolster Emiratisation and cultivate a highly skilled national workforce. The event took place from 23rd to 25th September at

the Dubai World Trade Centre, where DHA announced 342 job openings for Emiratis in medical, administrative, and
technical sectors.

Noura Al Midfa, Director of Human Resources at DHA, mentioned that applicants are being welcomed at Hall 2, Stand B2-
