           Dr Najat Obaidalla, senior vice-president of human resources at DWTC, said: “DWTC is proud to

           be fully aligned with the UAE’s Emiratisation Strategy by offering rewarding career pathways for

           Emirati talent. Our goal is to foster an inclusive workplace where UAE Nationals are empowered

           to grow, take on leadership roles with confidence, and contribute meaningfully to DWTC’s

           success and to Dubai’s long-term growth.”


           DWTC will spotlight tailored programmes for UAE nationals, including:


             Lami3 Graduate Leadership Programme – An initiatve for ambitious graduates, offering
             structured training, mentorship, and cross-functional experience.

             Culinary Programme – In partnership with Dubai College of Tourism, equipping aspiring
             chefs with practical skills and expertise.

             Sales Programme – Designed for diploma holders, providing the skills required to excel in
             competitive sales environments.

             Hospitality Programme – A 12-month rotational scheme exposing participants to key
             operational areas in hospitality.


           AI-powered recruitment tools



           DWTC’s stand will also debut advanced AI-driven recruitment technologies. These include a
           smart CV builder, intelligent CV-matching systems, and AI-led interview tools designed to

           streamline the recruitment journey. The platform guides candidates through each stage – from

           CV creation and role matching to AI-conducted interviews.


           UAE Nationals will gain direct access to DWTC recruiters at the event and visitors will also be

           able to connect with Emirati professionals currently working at DWTC, who will share their

           personal experiences and career journeys.


           Dr Obaidalla added: “Our greatest investment is in our people. At DWTC, our mission goes

           beyond offering jobs – it’s about empowering Emirati talent with mentorship, skills, and an

           Since its inauguration, DWTC has hosted close to 6,400 events, with an estimated economic

           output of ADn, attracting over 40m business visitors to Dubai.
