The Dubai Judicial Institute (DJI) is participating in GITEX Global 2025, the world’s largest
technology exhibition, as part of The Judicial Council platform — the strategic justice partner of
the Dubai Government Pavilion. Under the theme ‘Innovative Training, Sustainable Impact,’ DJI’s
participation underscores its commitment to embracing technological innovation and supporting
the UAE’s ongoing digital transformation in the judicial sector. The event is taking place from
October 13 to 17, 2025, at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

DJI’s presence at GITEX reaffirms its dedication to advancing the quality and efficiency of judicial
training and services through digital solutions built on excellence and innovation. The Institute
continues to play a key role in supporting Dubai’s vision to be a global leader in digital
transformation by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and interactive technologies into the judicial
ecosystem. These initiatives aim to enhance judicial efficiency, accelerate access to justice, and
streamline decision-making processes.

At this year’s exhibition, DJI is unveiling two landmark projects that represent major milestones in
digital judicial training and legal knowledge dissemination.

The first, the AI-Driven Management of Judicial Competencies System (AI-MJCS), is the first-
of-its-kind initiative among judicial training institutes in the Middle East. It provides an integrated,
intelligent platform designed to assess and enhance judicial competencies in Dubai. Using AI-
powered electronic assessments, the system evaluates the skills, knowledge, and technical
capabilities of judicial members, generating detailed reports and recommending personalised
training programmes. This project is set to boost the overall performance and sustainability of the
judiciary.

The second initiative, Global Justice Insights (GJI), empowers judicial authorities and legal
researchers by providing access to the latest global legislation and judicial practices. Covering
emerging domains such as AI, robotics, cryptocurrencies, the Metaverse, drones, and blockchain,
this interactive AI-based platform features an avatar interface that enables users to ask questions
and receive instant, precise responses. The system enriches comparative legal research and
promotes a global legal culture aligned with best international practices.

DJI’s participation in GITEX Global 2025 offers an important opportunity to exchange expertise,
explore partnerships in judicial digitalisation, and discuss advancements in data protection, new
legislation, and AI-enabled judicial tools.

Through its active engagement, the Dubai Judicial Institute reinforces its position as a leading
