Dubai Judicial Institute Showcases AI-Powered Training Systems at

GITEX Global 2025

The Dubai Judicial Institute (DJI) is participating in GITEX Global 2025 as part of the Dubai Government Pavilion, under the theme ‘Innovative Training,
Sustainable Impact’, reaffirming its position as a strategic justice partner of the Dubai Judicial Council. The participation highlights DJI’s commitment to
integrating cutting-edge technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in judicial training and system development to support Dubai’s digital transformation
goals.

Held from October 13 to 17, 2025, at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), the event provides DJI with a platform to present its advancements in
judicial innovation and training excellence. The Institute’s involvement reflects its mission to enhance the quality and efficiency of judicial work, streamline
decision-making, and accelerate access to justice through the adoption of AI-driven tools.

As part of its participation, DJI unveiled two landmark projects that redefine digital judicial education and legal research in the region.

The first, the AI-Driven Management of Judicial Competencies System (AI-MJCS), marks a regional first in smart judicial training platforms. The
system utilizes AI algorithms to assess and evaluate judicial competencies, analyzing skills, knowledge, and technical abilities to create detailed
performance reports. Based on these insights, it recommends personalized training programs for judiciary members, ensuring sustainable improvement in
judicial performance and institutional excellence.

The second project, Global Justice Insights (GJI), offers members of the judicial authority and legal researchers instant access to global legislation and
judicial practices. Covering topics such as AI, blockchain, robotics, cryptocurrencies, drones, and the Metaverse, GJI introduces an AI-powered avatar that
interacts with users through voice or text, delivering real-time responses. This innovative research and training tool enhances comparative legal
understanding and promotes judicial knowledge aligned with international best practices.
Through its presence at GITEX Global 2025, the Dubai Judicial Institute aims to strengthen global collaboration in digital judicial transformation, data
protection, and AI-integrated legal systems. The initiative aligns with Dubai’s vision of a smart, transparent, and future-ready judicial environment that
supports sustainable development and societal well-being.
