HyperPay, a leading regional payment service provider, has signed strategic MoUs with Mastercard and Mozn at Money20/20 Middle East 2025 in
Riyadh. The partnerships aim to accelerate digital payments innovation and enhance transaction security across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar.

The agreement with Mastercard will see HyperPay issue business cards designed for SMEs and merchants, delivering scalable and secure payment
solutions. This move follows HyperPay’s approval of its Electronic Money Institute (EMI) license from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), empowering
the company to further digitize SME payments.

HyperPay’s collaboration with Mozn will integrate the Focal platform, strengthening fraud prevention and financial crime compliance capabilities across
its digital ecosystem. Together, these initiatives are expected to boost trust and security in the region’s rapidly expanding digital economy.

Muhannad Ebwini, Founder and CEO of HyperPay, emphasized that the dual partnerships highlight the company’s mission to promote digital inclusion
and empower SMEs, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030’s fintech adoption goals.
