In preparation for this project's launch, a delegation from DGHR led by Al Falasi conducted visits
to key government and private entities to discuss collaboration efforts. This project is a response
to dynamic changes in the job market and aims to deepen understanding of job market trends
and essential skills for human capital. It seeks to enhance the global competitive edge of the
workforce by developing a strategic map that facilitates the integration of Emirati nationals into
the private sector and encourages their active participation.

The Future Proofing Dubai’s Workforce project aligns with the strategic vision of His Highness
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai,
to establish Dubai as a global hub for innovation and creativity. DGHR is dedicated to
addressing the evolving needs and future expectations of Dubai's human workforce by providing
solutions and proposing effective tools that empower both national human capital and global
talents. This initiative also aims to foster partnerships between government and private sectors
to drive sustainable development and enhance community well-being.
