During a meeting at Expo City Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed welcomed summit delegates to the UAE. He stressed the

importance of shared visions and innovative ideas to advance economic partnerships with African nations. The aim is to

strengthen existing partnerships and explore new opportunities.

Sheikh Mohammed highlighted that tourism offers significant potential for sustainable growth and cultural exchange. He

praised Africa's growing influence in the global economy and its abundant opportunities. Cooperation between the UAE
and Africa in tourism investment exemplifies economic integration based on mutual interests.

"Tourism is a vital contributor to our national economy," said H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid. "The UAE-Africa
partnership holds immense promise." He noted that this partnership is characterised by a shared belief in exploring new

cooperation avenues for a better future.

The summit was attended by over 350 leaders, including senior government officials, ministers, decision-makers, investors,

and entrepreneurs from the UAE and 53 African countries. Discussions centred on strengthening economic ties between

the UAE and Africa while exploring new cooperation areas.
