ADEK extends contract with Alef

Education on current commercial terms

Will provide its innovative AI-led solutions to UAE government

school students until the end of 2033

The company’s AI-integrated Alef Platform offers personalised learning experiences to more than 1.1 million
registered students

Alef Education has informed the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) that its contract with
the Abu Dhabi Department of Education And Knowledge (ADEK) has been extended for

three more years, on existing commercial terms.

Initially signed in 2019 for 10 years, the contract was extended by two years until 2030. The
latest extension takes the agreement’s validity until the end of 2033.

Alef Education was founded in 2016 and is an award-winning AI-powered learning

solutions provider for K-12 students. The company is listed on the ADX following a
