Programme structure

The four-week diploma includes topics such as:

• The concept and elements of human trafficking crimes

• UAE legislation and comparative legal frameworks

• Links between trafficking and other crimes, including abduction, document forgery,
and money laundering

• Forced labour and international legal frameworks
• AI-based investigations and digital evidence

• Victim and witness protection strategies

• Practical simulations of real cases

Recognition of partners

At the opening ceremony, Major General Saif bin Abid and Brigadier Abdul Rahman Al

Shaer honoured Judge Abdul Rahman Al Balooshi, Judge Dr. Ebtisam Al Bedwawi,
and Dr. Mohannad Dweikat in recognition of their role in strengthening institutional

cooperation and supporting the programme.
