Dubai Municipality has chalked out an integrated action plan to ensure the cleanliness of the

city and maintain public hygiene services during Eid Al Fitr holidays.

As many as 2,300 cleaners from the municipality will work across four shifts to handle hygiene

services across the emirate.

They will be supported by 650 cleaners who have been outsourced from the private sector to focus
on tourist, industrial and desert areas.

A team of 250 supervisory employees will monitor hygiene duties and emergency field

communications, while an 84-member field team will be tasked with keeping Dubai's public beaches
clean.
