               26  September  2025  –  The  Emira�  Human  Resources Development Council  (EHRDC)

               announced the pilot launch of the ‘Emira� Smart Human Resource Pla�orm’, an advanced AI-

               powered  pla�orm  designed  to  seamlessly connect  Emira�  talents  with  suitable job

               opportuni�es and training programs. The pla�orm operates based on an instant methodology
               focused on transparency and reliability to facilitate this.




               An Integrated Ecosystem

               The ‘Emira� Smart Human Resource Pla�orm’ is a pioneering innova�on designed to enhance
               recruitment  efficiency  and  increase  Emira�  par�cipa�on  across key economic sectors.  It

               serves as a  smart and  integrated tool for managing recruitment processes and skills

               development, offering automated job recommenda�ons and training vacancies tailored to

               individual  qualifica�ons  and  evolving  labour  market demands.  It also promotes robust
               governance  over  the  performance  and  transparency  of  recrui�ng  en��es  in processing

               applica�ons from job seekers.



               The  pla�orm  features  several  capabili�es,  including  interac�ve  dashboards  and  real-�me
               reports, allowing employers and relevant bodies to track the performance of recruitment
