Dubai Government Human Resources Department Par�cipates in
Ru’ya Careers UAE 2025 to Empower Na�onal Talents
Dubai, 24 September 2025 - Under the theme ‘Future Tributaries,’ the Dubai Government
Human Resources Department (DGHR) is par�cipa�ng in the 24 edi�on of Ru’ya Careers UAE,

which commenced on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The
three-day event, running un�l September 25, is atended by a diverse set of par�cipants from
both the public and private sectors.
DGHR’s par�cipa�on is consistent with its vision to empower innova�ve minds, enhance the
compe��veness of UAE na�onals, and expand their professional horizons, especially in areas
that are in line with Dubai's goals for the future. This also aligns with the Dubai Economic
Agenda (D33) and the UAE's strategies for building a compe��ve knowledge-based economy
by empowering the youth and new graduates to be key drivers of sustainable development.
With over 20 government agencies under its umbrella this year, the DGHR holds charge of the
Dubai Government's booth at the event. This offers them a dynamic pla�orm to highlight their
most prominent ini�a�ves and programmes that assist Emira� youth in employment,
voca�onal training, and career development.
In order to broaden career empowerment opportuni�es and improve the capacity of human
resources to navigate the changing labour market, the DGHR will be presen�ng specialised
workshops and organising guidance and mentoring sessions in collabora�on with experts.
Addi�onally, the Dubai Government stand will highlight the latest ini�a�ves and services
offered by par�cipa�ng en��es, along with the innova�ve solu�ons they deliver to cope with
global changes in the human resources sector amidst the growing reliance on AI and
accelera�ng pace of digitalisa�on .
