successfully executing 11 initial public offerings (IPOs) and 6 secondary offerings. Additionally,
the company played key advisory and lead roles in these transactions, strengthening its reputation

Notable Transactions in 9 Key Sectors
EFG Hermes executed major deals in nine key industries, including healthcare, technology,
consumer finance, and education.

Initial Public Offerings (IPOs):
Acted as the advisor for Nice One’s IPO, marking the first technology startup to list on Saudi
Arabia’s Tadawul main market.
Provided advisory services for IPOs of Talabat, Lulu Group, Alef Education, Parkin, Spinneys,
United International Holding, Miahona, Al Bait Investment Group, Al Mousa Healthcare
Group, and Fakeeh Care Group.

Secondary Offerings:
Served as the advisor for Aramco’s fully marketed secondary offering, the largest fully
marketed offering in the region.
