Board Member from 2015 to 2019. He is also, or was, a member of the Board and/or Board Committees of several other listed and non
listed companies. His educational qualifications include prestigious degrees in accounting, finance, and information systems, as well as
Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards and other professional certifications.
