Counsellor Essam Issa Al Humaidan, Attorney General of Dubai and Chairman of DJI, said:
“We are very proud of this success. It shows that DJI is serious about offering high-quality training and education.
This step will help the institute grow even more and support Dubai’s goal of becoming a world leader in justice and
law. By training skilled legal professionals, we are helping improve the entire legal system in the UAE.”
Judge Dr. Ebtessam Ali Al Badwawi, Director General of DJI, also shared her thoughts:
“This accreditation is a big achievement for us. It shows that we are one of the best places to learn legal skills, not
just in the UAE, but around the world. We are always working hard to use the latest teaching methods and give our
students the tools they need to succeed. Our goal is to help them perform well in their jobs and keep up with new
changes in the legal world.”
Dr. Mohammad Al Mualla, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, also
praised DJI’s efforts. He said the accreditation is an important step that shows DJI’s strong role in developing future
leaders in law. He also said the National Qualifications Center is working closely with other organizations to make
sure students are ready for today’s workforce and economy.
This recognition also covers one of DJI’s training programs — the Level 7 Qualification in Legal and Judicial
Studies for Public Prosecutors. The institute is now working to get more of its programs approved, including a
special course on International Humanitarian Law. These programs will help train more skilled legal experts and
allow students to get university degrees through their studies at DJI.
