The event marks a sig ni fic ant mile stone in the UAE’S ongo ing ef forts to rein force the pion e er ing

role of Emir at i women in sus tain able d evel op ment, in line w ith the obje ct ives of the “ We the
UAE 2031” vis ion and sev eral other nat ional go als.

Sum mit (FHS World 2025) - one of the lead ing glob al pla forms for the hos pit al ity, tour ism, and
invest ment se c tors. The Sum mit aims to enhance e co nomic and tour ism p art ner ships b et we en
the UAE and Af rican nat ions, b o ost ing mutual invest ments across key pri or ity se c tors, p ar t ic u -
larly tour ism, hos pit al ity, and relate d ser vices.

As p art of the ini t i at ive, the Min istr y of Eco nomy and Tour ism sig ne d a Memor andum of
Und er stand ing (MOU) w ith The B ench - the organ izers of FHS World - in the pres ence ofab dulla

The event w ill bring together over 250 high level p ar t i cip ants, includ ing senior gov ern ment of fi -

cials, d e cision-makers, and investors f rom 53 Af rican coun tries, includ ing tour ism min is ters
and rep res ent at ives of invest ment pro mo t ion agen cies f rom across the con t in ent. This rein -
forces the UAE’S role as a reli able invest ment p art ner for Af rica and op ens ne w aven ues for stra -
teg ic col lab or a t ion in vital se c tors that con trib ute to build ing a more integ rate d and sus tain able

e co nomic future.
