Jonathan Worsley, Chairman and CEO of The Bench, expressed pride in partnering with the UAE Ministry of Economy and
Tourism to introduce the UAE Africa Tourism Investment Summit at FHS World 2025. He noted that the collaboration
highlights a shared commitment to advancing investment and development in Africa’s hospitality sector. He emphasized that the
UAE has long acted as a bridge between global investors and emerging markets, and that this new platform will enhance
connections between African nations and the global investment community, fostering dialogue, facilitating deals, and driving
long-term economic growth.

The Summit will provide a space for participants to explore collaborative opportunities between government and private sector
stakeholders in tourism, hospitality, investment, and infrastructure across both the UAE and Africa. It will also spotlight future
initiatives within the tourism and hospitality industries in both regions.
