SDHR, Al Ansari organize open recruitment day

Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Department of Human Resources, along with Al Ansari Financial Services,
recently held an open day for job interviews. The purpose of this event was to help Emirati job
seekers, who have at least a high school diploma, find one of 110 job openings as either
"Remittance Clerks" or "Receptionists." These positions are part of a government program called
"Nafis," which supports local employment.

Many job seekers who met the necessary qualifications attended the open day, and the company
conducted interviews to select candidates for the available positions.
This event is part of the department's ongoing efforts to create good job opportunities for Emiratis in
the private sector and to support initiatives that promote local hiring. It highlights the importance of
investing in the skills and talents of citizens, encouraging them to be active in the job market. This
approach not only helps individuals find work but also contributes to the overall economic growth
and sustainable development of the country.
