The signing ceremony was attended by several officials from both parties, and it

highlights EHRDC’s ongoing commitment to strengthening Emirati participation

across the private sector. The agreement revolves around the following three core

pillars:

Creating employment opportunities within Azizi’s developments

Introducing training initiatives to enhance the skills of national talent

Facilitating direct knowledge transfer from the company’s experts to Emirati

employees.

This collaboration aligns with the goals of Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which is

focused on enhancing the competitiveness of the business landscape. In addition,

it supports the objectives of UAE Centennial 2071, which seeks to develop a

sustainable, knowledge-driven economy.
