Hamdan bin Mohammed approves initiatives to boost social welfare, digital transformation in
Dubai during meeting of The Executive Council

His Highness: Dubai continues to set global benchmarks in social welfare, family support,
infrastructure, and digital development

- “The declaration of 2025 as the Year of Community serves to strengthen social cohesion and
will complement efforts to achieve the objectives of the Dubai Social Agenda 33”
- “This new set of initiatives reflects our steadfast commitment to building an inclusive,
resilient, and future-ready society”
- Dubai Child Protection Protocol, Community Development Fund Policy, and initiatives such
as Strata Registration, Super Block, and Unified Digital Platform receive approval

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council
