ENOC, DGHR to boost workforce

productivity of Emirati talent in energy

sector

ENOC Group has partnered with the Dubai Government Human Resources Department to evaluate

and enhance the behavioural competencies of its workforce. This collaboration aims to develop skills

across job categories, attracting high-potential talent and supporting the energy sector's future needs.

The initiative includes customised training programs and studies on human resourcing.

ENOC Group, a global energy

entity, has joined forces with

the Dubai Government Human

Resources Department (DGHR) to

create a framework aimed at

evaluating the behavioural

competencies of its workforce

within the energy sector.

The Memorandum of Understanding was officially signed by Saif Humaid Al Falasi,

Group CEO of ENOC, and Abdulla Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director-General of DGHR,

during the Ru’ya, Careers UAE 2024 event.

This collaboration will enable the DGHR to support ENOC employees in enhancing their

skills and expertise. Commenting on the partnership, Group CEO of ENOC said, “We are

pleased to collaborate with the Dubai Government Human Resources Department to
