ENOC Group, a leading integrated global energy player, has entered into a
partnership with the Dubai Government Human Resources Department
(DGHR).
The partnership aims to create a robust framework to evaluate the behavioral
competencies of its employees in the energy sector. The MoU was signed by His
Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO of ENOC, and His Excellency
