        prepare them for the UAE's dynamic job market.


        H.E. Abdulla Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of the DGHR Department, noted the importance
        of the exhibition in providing job opportunities and promoting collaboration between the public and

        private sectors. He emphasized the need for students and professionals to improve their digital skills,
        particularly in artificial intelligence (AI), to meet future job market demands.


        On the event's final day, several high-profile officials, including H.E. Dr. Abdullah Saif Al-Sabousi,
        Secretary-General of the Dubai Judicial Council, and Abdulla bin Damithan, CEO of DP World GCC,

        visited the Dubai Government Platform. The platform, managed by DGHR, showcased initiatives from
        21 government entities, offering opportunities in over 188 disciplines, including IT, strategy, marketing,
        and legal affairs.


        Ru’ya Careers UAE 2024 featured over 100 exhibitors, offering numerous job opportunities, innovative
        programs, and networking possibilities for young Emiratis, helping them explore career paths in high-

        demand fields.
