Mansoor Bin Mohammed Opens 23rd Edition Of

Ru’ya Careers UAE To Empower Young Emiratis

H.H. Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Ports and
Borders Security Council, inaugurated the 23rd edition of Ru’ya, Careers UAE at the Dubai World
Trade Centre. This event is a significant recruitment and networking forum showcasing diverse job
opportunities in the UAE. The theme for this year is "[YOU]th Can," focusing on empowering young
Emiratis.

The event attracted thousands of young Emiratis eager to engage with leading companies
promoting Emiratisation. Key sponsors included First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) as Platinum Sponsor,
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) as Gold Sponsor, and Support Sponsors Air Arabia and United Arab
Bank. The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) also participated actively.

Abdulla Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director-General of DGHR, expressed satisfaction with their
