entrepreneurship program, Ramp-Up, as part of its support for the

Entrepreneurial Nation Strategy 2031.

Designed to empower Emirati innovators, Ramp-Up offers comprehensive

training, mentorship, and networking for founders of sustainability-focused,

impact-driven businesses. The program is backed by the UAE Ministry of

Economy and aims to strengthen economic diversification and job creation.

The first two editions of Ramp-Up drew hundreds of aspiring entrepreneurs

and led to the creation of more than 1,000 jobs, with over 35% of

participating startups founded by women.

Delivered in partnership with social enterprise C3, the third season will also

involve Microsoft UAE, which will lead tech-focused mentorship and

workshops to support strategic scaling.

Participants may also be considered for integration into EGA’s local supply

chain, as demonstrated by a 2024 collaboration with Nadeera, a finalist

from season one, on a community-based recycling initiative near Jebel Ali.
