Madame Le Thi Thu Thuy, Vice Chairwoman of Vingroup and Executive Chairwoman of the Board of
Directors at VinFast Auto Ltd, delivered a compelling address on Vietnam’s strategic response to
global trade tensions and the nation’s long-term investment vision.
She highlighted how Vietnam and the broader Southeast Asian region are navigating an increasingly
complex global investment landscape. With geopolitical disruptions and supply chain volatility
continuing to reshape economic dynamics, she noted that Southeast Asia has emerged as a
               resilient and strategically vital region.

Hojamyrat Geldimyradov, Vice Prime Minister and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of
Turkmenistan, delivered insightful remarks focusing on the evolving dynamics of global priorities
               and partnerships.

In his address, Geldimyradov offered a Turkmen perspective on the trajectory of international
cooperation and regional integration. “In a world defined by transformation, stability comes through
proactive dialogue, mutual respect, and diversified cooperation,” he said. “As Turkmenistan
continues to position itself as a bridge between East and West, we remain committed to
strengthening partnerships across Europe, the UAE, and the wider Arab region.”

Drawing on Turkmenistan’s strategic outlook and natural resource diplomacy, Geldimyradov
highlighted the potential for greater collaboration in sustainable energy, infrastructure
development, and digital innovation. The Vice Prime Minister also emphasised the importance of
neutral foreign policy and economic diversification, aligning with Turkmenistan’s longstanding
               principles of peaceful international engagement.

The session concluded with a call for inclusive dialogue and forward-looking frameworks that
support mutual growth and resilience in an increasingly interconnected world.
