The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has entered into a Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) with SHL, aiming to enhance the skills of 100 HR professionals within the Dubai
government. This initiative is designed to improve talent management capabilities and advance human
resources practices across various government entities.
