designed to strengthen the resilience and operational readiness of the healthcare sector during
emergencies.
In addition, the Forum celebrated the graduation of 129 recruits from three cohorts of the Alternative
National Service Program. The event also recognized the contributions of 21 local organizations that
successfully activated the Murona program and honored 10 entities for fulfilling the requirements of
the National Business Continuity Standard.
The Forum serves as a strategic platform for exchanging knowledge and best practices in business
continuity management. Experts from various fields shared insights and experiences on safeguarding
operations during crises.
H.E. Matar Al Nuaimi, Director-General of ADCMC, emphasized the Forum's alignment with national
objectives and its role in fostering collaboration across sectors. “The launch of the Abu Dhabi
Healthcare Business Continuity Standard marks a critical milestone in fortifying our healthcare
system’s resilience. Through consistent innovation and collaboration, we are laying the groundwork for
a more secure and sustainable future,” he said.
H.E. Al Nuaimi also highlighted the Centre’s role in supporting entities through audits and training
under the National Business Continuity Management Standard (NCEMA7000:2021), ensuring
compliance and resilience across critical functions.
The ADCMC remains the leading accreditation authority for business continuity in Abu Dhabi. It plays
a pivotal role in deploying national service recruits to participating organizations and ensuring their
involvement in continuous development programs and emergency preparedness exercises.
