available across more than 270 Al Ansari Exchange branches in the

UAE. This initiative aims to broaden Al Ansari Exchange’s financial

service offerings by supporting insured individuals under the ILOE

scheme with faster, more convenient access to their unemployment

benefits.

Supervised by the Ministry of Human Resources and

Emiratisation (MoHRE), the ILOE scheme offers eligible individuals

financial compensation for a specified period after losing their jobs.

Previously, Al Ansari Exchange collected ILOE insurance premiums.

Now, it will also serve as a nationwide channel for cash disbursement

of approved claims.

Improved Access for Unemployed Workers

“Providing accessible financial solutions to individuals across all

segments of society is at the heart of our mission. This new cash

payout service for ILOE claims ensures that beneficiaries receive

timely support when they need it most, with the added convenience

of our nationwide network,” said Ali Al Najjar, Chief Operating

Officer of Al Ansari Exchange.

Abdellatif Abuqurah, Chairman of ILOE’s Insurance Pool, added, “This

service will provide an important additional channel for paying ILOE’s
