The Company was established as a public limited company in its current form in June 2022
pursuant to Law No. (12) of 2022. Salik, which means “seamless mobility” in Arabic, is Dubai’s
exclusive toll plaza operator and operator of toll plazas. Automatic toll plazas in the Emirate of
Dubai utilize Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and Automatic Number Plate Recognition
(ANPR) technology. The company currently operates eight toll plazas located at strategic
