passing them on to future generations. They are the blessings of life — through their wisdom and
insight, they illuminate the path for the new generation. Through their dedication and sincerity, they
instill in the hearts and minds of today’s youth and tomorrow’s leaders the values of loyalty, giving,
and devotion to the nation," said Sheikh Mohamed.

He also stated that “senior citizens are an important segment of the social fabric of the state and
serve as role models from whom we draw strength and determination to continue our journey of
progress and development".

The 'Barakatna' provides the necessary support to sons and family members, helping them strike a
balance between their personal, professional, and social responsibilities.
