bringing its 2024 real estate investments to Ü736M

T ECOM Group has expanded its portfolio with a landmark acquisition. Through its

subsidiary, T ECOM Investments FZ LLC, the Group has completed the purchase of
Off ice Park from Emirates REI T for Ü195 million (AED 720 million).

Located in Dubai Internet City, one of the region’s leading technology hubs and part
of T ECOM Group’s expansive portfolio, Off ice Park is a Grade-A commercial
property. With this latest acquisition, T ECOM Group has now invested over Ü736
million (AED 2.7 billion) in commercial real estate assets in 2024, reinforcing its

commitment to the city’s long-term growth.
