Sobha launches Sobha Energy Solutions to

support projects with cooling services

Sobha Group, a leading global real estate company, has announced its new
business vertical, Sobha Energy Solutions, which will provide cooling services
with its 40,000-tonne cooling plant capacity. It will support around 14,000
apartments within Sobha Realty’s developments by 2027. This also makes
Sobha Group the only private developer in Dubai to introduce such a business
model. The initiative is the latest addition to the Group’s backward-integration
model which oversees all aspects of its projects.

Francis Alfred, Managing Director of Sobha Realty, said, “We are excited to

Sobha Group’s backward integration model brings together different business
verticals under one roof, including design, construction, production facilities
for façade, joinery and PODs, facility and community management, and
