Sobha Realty, a well-known real estate company based in Dubai, has made an important
leadership change. Ravi Menon, who has been Co-Chairman of Sobha Group, will now take over as
the Chairman starting November 18, 2024.

PNC Menon, the founder of Sobha Group, is stepping down from his role as Chairman but will
continue to be involved with the company as its founder. He will still guide the company’s
subsidiaries and help ensure its ongoing growth.
Ravi Menon, who has been with Sobha Group for over 20 years and has a degree in civil engineering
from Purdue University, USA, has played a key role in the company’s success. He became Vice
Chairman in 2006 and has since helped lead the company both in India and Dubai.
