The con struc tion of two land mark Shar jah Water front projects — Blue Pearls and Blue Waves
— has made sig ni c ant head way and is on track to com plete ahead of sched ule in 2025.
Ajmal Makan Real Estate Devel op ment, a lead ing real estate developer of ver sat ile mixed used

urban cit ies and com munit ies, said it has com pleted 85 per cent of the two projects.
All res id en tial units in ‘Blue Waves' and the major ity of units in ‘Blue Pearls' have already
been sold, the developer is cur rently in the nal stages of project com ple tion, Ajmal Makan
said in a state ment.

The rapid pro gress of the work has enabled the developer to com plete both projects by the
rst quarter of 2025 as opposed to the ori ginal sched ule, which aimed for project han dover by
the fourth quarter of next year, it said.
